TOS is an acronym for Terms of Service. Our TOS documents define acceptable usage of our services. Each service we offer has its own set of rules that outline what customers can and cannot do with their Site5 hosting account.
Every account with Site5 is bound by both a Terms of Service specific to that account type, and our general service agreement. All customers are required to provide a digital signature agreement to both of these documents on signup.
