Sending Emails

The sending of emails (also known as SMTP connections) are limited to 500 per hour.
This policy includes all email accounts under any domain.

For example, if you have a mailing list with 1,500 members, you would be able to send this email to everyone at once, but our servers will only send it to the first 500 recipients immediately. The remaining recipients would receive it in blocks of 500 per hour until all recipients have received it.

We do not under any circumstance raise this level due to spam regulations.
Also, please keep in mind that if you do run a mailing list, we require that you obtain the list of addresses via a double opt-in method, and do not obtain the list from an "affiliate" or "partner", or otherwise purchase or obtain a list that you did not create via double opt-in from your own web site.
