Simply click the Javascript link on the page, and a drop-down will supply a form for requesting a new password.

If you lose or forget the password for your account, we can re-issue you a new welcome email with a new password in it. Please note that this procedure will not retrieve your current account password, it will simply set a new, random password for your account (which will be emailed to the email address on file for your account).

To request a new welcome email be sent for your account, simply contact Customer Service requesting such (please include your domain name in this email).

NOTE: If you would like your welcome email sent to an address other than the one that we have on file, you will need to specify this address in your request to our billing department, and also include the last 4 digits of the credit card used on the account (for verification purposes).

From the CPanel support manual:

1. To access the Server Configuration Menu, click on Server Configuration, on the main screen of your WebHost Manager interface.
2. Click on Change Root Password.
3. Enter the new root password in the New Password field.
4. Click on Change Password.

Open the side sub-menu My E-mail Center, then click on the now-available link Manage Email Accounts. You'll then see the thumbnailed chart of your email accounts. Image:Email_password-crop.png Click on the lock-and-key icon corresponding to the desired email account, and you'll be presented with a form to enter a new password.

From the CPanel support manual:

1. To access the cPanel Menu, click on cPanel, on the main screen of your WebHost Manager interface.
2. Click on Reset a Mailman Password.
3. Click on the Mailman user from the available list.
4. Enter the new Mailman password in the New Password field and click on the Change Password link.

Open the side sub-menu My E-mail Center, then click on the now-available link Mailing Lists.

  • via HTTP:

The link to request a new password for our webmail engines, Horde and Squirrelmail, is the same:
Go to your webmail URI, http://yourdomain.tld:2095/, and click the first link on the bottom row, Change Password: http://yourdomain.tld:2095/webmailpasswd.cgi.

  • via HTTPS, aka via SSL:

The port changes from 2095 to 2096; aka:
