While Site5 tries to maintain backups, it is extremely important that clients also exercise caution and have their own backups also.

B&T's tip is a great starting point for MySQL backups.


Image:Exclamation.png InnoDB Warning: Some servers in the Site5 fleet offer InnoDB tables. InnoDB is not the normal (default) table type used within MySQL. Due to incompatibility with our backup/restore process, InnoDB-based databases are not currently backed up. Customers are able to use InnoDB at their own risk and are responsible for backing up their InnoDB databases.
