In a dynamic, community driven site like a wiki, you always want to be certain the data you're viewing or editing is the absolutely freshest data on that page. Yes, browser caches can be cleared; page histories can be double-checked. But that takes time...and the less mouse-clicks, the more enjoyable the wiki experience.

Simply click on the "Purge" tab in the upper-right navigational tabs, any time you feel it necessary. You should be all set.
