GNU Mailman is the mailing list software pre-installed for our clients via their control panels. It is a robust choice, with a long and active development life.

Its management interface is easy to use, and its learning curve is gentle and fast.

The appropriate menu choice in SiteAdmin:

Click Mailing Lists under the My Email Center menu heading to install a new list or manage existing lists.

Messages from some addresses are delivered to our list, while messages from another address are not. The address is in the membership list and the list owner isn't receiving notifications that messages are being discarded, or requests for moderation.

To diagnose this problem, I would ordinarily look at Mailman's logs, but I can't find these, either in the Mailman web admin, the backstage interface or /var/log/mailman with shell access.
