IceDove

IceDove is an open source email client, based upon Mozilla's Thunderbird, so it is a Gecko-based client. It is the email component for IceApe.

Independent software clients from the Ice family:

• IceApe = an Internet suite, a fork of Mozilla's original suite
• IceWeasel = a browser, a fork of Mozilla's Firefox

Enigmail is capable of signing, authenticating, encrypting and decrypting email. Additionally, it supports both the inline PGP format, as well as the PGP/MIME format as described in RFC 3156.

As is, IceDove is built for Linux, but can be built from source for any POSIX system, such as OSX.
