Fully Managed
Fully Managed dedicated servers are geared towards people who want the stability and reliability of a dedicated server but the technical support and system management of a shared or reseller server.
Fully Managed dedicated servers are managed and configured as if it were "just another" server in our shared and reseller fleet. As such, most customizations to server setup and configurations are not possible because any future upgrades performed will revert such customizations.

Control Panel
With Fully Managed dedicated servers, account holders are able to choose between our two control panel offerings:
- Site5's Proprietary MultiAdmin / SiteAdmin
- Industry-Standard WHM / cPanel
Each control panel has their advantages, so it is important for account holders to make this decision carefully as it is not possible to switch back and forth without a complete server reformat.
Account Migration
If you are a current account holder, we will attempt to copy the data from your old hosting account to your new dedicated server. Caveats:
- Account migration must be specifically requested by you in your order ticket. No request, no migration.
- Control Panels must be alike. In other words, only MultiAdmin >> MultiAdmin and WHM >> WHM account migrations are possible.
- Primary domains and usernames must be the same.
We will transfer your sites using cPanel/WHM's transfer utility. Larger accounts might require a one-time fee, and while we will make every effort to ensure the migration is handled seemlessly and flawlessly, we cannot guarantee that cPanel's system will work in every instance.
