Site5 Dedicated Server Solutions are back -- sort of! We are offering dedicated servers in a pre-release format; dedicated servers are only "advertised" here and in our forums.

Billing

If you are a current shared or reseller account holder moving up to a dedicated server, please note that the initial payment must be made via credit card. Once you cancel your old account(s), any remaining credit can then be applied to your new dedicated server account.

Additionally, if you are a current Site5 customer, your old account(s) will not be automatically canceled. Once you are no longer in need of your shared or reseller account(s), please follow our cancellation procedures in order to correctly cancel each appropriate account.
